Luisa enjoys shopping, but she typically spends too much money on clothes and ends up struggling to afford necessities for the rest of the month. How would a budget help Luisa?

(A.) It would make even more money available for her to spend.
(B.) It would force her to stop spending money and instead to start saving money.
(C.) It would allow Luisa to know how much money she can spend on clothes without putting her finances at risk.
(D.) It would convince Luisa that money is meant to be saved, not spent.

Using the process of elimination, I automatically eliminated answer A. B, C, D can be correct, however I eliminated B because forcing is not the best answer. Either C or D is left. I chose C because it is logical, not just tapping into emotions.

C is the answer.

Hope this helps :)

Answer:

Option C is true.

Explanation:

A budget is defined as a rough estimate of ones income and expenditure for a month or a year.

Budgeting ones income is very important as that will help you to spend money wisely and for the right and important things.

Important things like rent, food, transportation, mortgages, medical expenses etc.

Here given is that - Luisa enjoys shopping, but she typically spends too much money on clothes and ends up struggling to afford necessities for the rest of the month.

So, a budget will help her as :

(C.) It would allow Luisa to know how much money she can spend on clothes without putting her finances at risk.

Option D can also be true but at some later stage. Like Luisa keeps on budget for a few months, so she can realize that money needs to be saved.
