The area of a rectangle is 33 m^2, and the length of the rectangle is 3 m less than twice the width. find the dimensions of the rectangle

Let w be the width; and 2w-3 be the length. Then:
w(2w-3)=33
2w²-3w-33=0
Using the Pythagorean theorem, we get positive value of 4.88m for the width, and 6.76m for the length
