Calvin has a total of 252 utility. His utility coming from Oranges and Starfruit becomes 252, he needs to spend his $26 on buying the oranges and starfruit but all in all he also spend $23 on it, he still has a remaining $3 in his pocket, so his total utility is 252. The answer in this question is 252.
