You need to divide 8000 by 100 and you get 80. Multiply 80 by 12 you will get 960. Multiply 8000 by 4 and you will get 3200. Multiply 960 by 4 and you get 3840. Subtract 3840 from 8000 and you get 28200. So you final answer should be $3,840.
