(1,3) and (-2,-6) are the only ones that apply.
All you do is substitute all four of the coordinates back into the equation:
A. 3=3(-1) 3=-3 So the first choice does not work.
B. 5=3(2) 5=6 So the second choice doesn't work
C. 3=3(1) 3=3 So the third choice works
D. -6=3(-2) -6=-6 So the fourth choice works
