Why does a glass filled with a cold beverage seem to "sweat"?

Hello there,
This is because the colder surface of the beverage has come into contact with the hotter surface of the air and started to evaporate due to the heat (water vapour) then it then came into contact with the cooler surface of the air and condensed into water droplets ("sweat")

Hope this helps :))

This happens because the cold drink is cooler than the temperature of the environment, and when the water vapor from the air outside came in contact with the glass of drink, the water vapor condenses and became liquid state. Therefore, we observe water droplets on the glass and it seems like it sweats.
