I believe the answer is 1. Because if they refuse care then you can do nothing.

i think it’s all of the above. you can’t leave a person unconscious. if a child needs first aid and there’s no parent, you get consent from the child then help. same goes for option 3. if someone is bleeding profusely yet refuses first aid, you have to help. that’s a life or death situation. so..i think option 5 is your best shot.
