The equation of slope-intercept form is: y=mx + b

Y being the Y-intercept
M being the Slope
X being the X-intercept

All we need to do it make 2x-8y=32 in the form of y=mx+b

Like this:

Subtract 2x from both sides

-8y=2x-32

Now all we need to do is divide everything by -8 to get y by itself

y=2x/-8 - 32/-8

This would divide out to be y=-1/4x+4

Hope this helps!
