An argumentative essay should include strong reasons which are statements that support the writer’s claim.

Reasons are stated in the body of the argumentative essay seeking the agreement of people with the author. Is also important to include the opposite position’s opinions. The author should provide at least 3 reasons to explain the importance of accepting his/her position; it would be a topic sentence. Furthermore, the author should provide arguments, facts, statistics, jokes (if acceptable), and real-life examples to support the stated reasons.
