Where are the instructions?

Y = (-1/6)x + 5
X + 6y = 30

I'll assume you are supposed to solve this system of linear equations. Let's use the substitution method, since the first equation already gives y in terms of x:

x + 6([-1/6]x + 5) = 30

Then x - x + 30 = 30

Since this is always true, your system of linear equations has infiniately many solutions.
