Evolutionarily speaking, an organism's ultimate purpose is to perpetuate its genes. organism's perpetuate its genes through "Survival of the fittest" is a phrase that originated from Darwinian evolutionary theory, so that there gene lives. Perpetuate its genes the main goal of any organism, however when they achieve that then other goal are there too like devote there creating new thing, which can be only seen in human been to survive, even in difficult times where other organism's not able to survive.
