the three general guidelines are:
- They must tweet consistently to prevent the loss of followers, in order to maintain the relevancy of ther tweets
- They must also use at least one relevant hashtag each time they tweet, in order to target a cerain market segment spesifically
- they must share relevant info related to the industry and make sure every tweet isn’t just a sales pitch, so the consumers could create a personal connection with the company.
