Could a mixture be made up of only elements and no compounds?

If you take the tiny bit of carbon dioxide and the tiny tiny bit of water vapor out of the air, then you're breathing a mixture like that right now.
What you would have left is a mixture of oxygen, nitrogen, neon, argon, Krypton, and a few other elements. The carbon dioxide and water vapor in air are the only components that are not pure elements.
