It's D. It can be modified with the discovery of new evidence.
People won't believe it's true until it is completely confirmed and you still will have people with doubts about it. It also can not be accurately expressed as true due to human imperfection and mistakes, making things you find could be untrue. Life is always changing so when it comes to determining life, everything is just a theory. A GAME THEORY! (i am so sorry)
