64 miles per hour = x feet per second
Convert your units:
1 mile = 5280 feet
1 hour = 3600 seconds
64 miles/hour = 64(5280feet/3600seconds)
= 33792 feet / 3600 seconds = 9.386 feet / second
Therefore, 64 mi/h = 9.39 ft/s.
