Since the length is 4times the width that means. 4l is the length.
Perimeter is 60cm.
Therefore
60= 4l+l+ 4l +l
60= 10l


L= 60/10
L= 10.
Area of rectangle is l*w
Therefore
4l=24cm and w= 6cm
Which gives us
24cm *6cm= 104 cm
