21:7.5
This would be:
21/7.5
21/7.5 = 2.8
2.8 as a fraction is 2 8/10
This is because it is 2 whole numbers and 0.8 to the next.
To simplify you divide it by 2:
2 4/5
is your final answer.

2.8 in fraction is 2 8/10
2 8/10 in lowest terms is 2 4/5
