The equation we are given is F = 1.8C + 32
Where C = Temperature in Celsius = - 20
F = 1.8[-20] + 32
F = [-36] + 32
F = - 36 + 32 = - 4
Therefore, F = 4 degree Fahrenheit.
That means that -20 degree Celsius is equivalent to - 4 degree Fahrenheit.
