According to the Supreme Court, each of the following is allowed in public schools except C) students leading prayers before football games. By process of elimination we can rule out options A, B and D because these options would violate citizens basic constitutional rights including, freedom of speech, freedom of expression of religion and freedom of assembly. However option C does not violate any of these basic constitutional rights and thus was ruled by the Supreme Court as forbidden in public schools.
