A significant intervention for the depressed client is just to sit quietly with the client. Always recall that there is a sufficiently amount of time and staff to offer ideal nursing care. Do not let realties of clinical circumstances discourage you from the selecting the best nursing intervention. The best way is to just sit there, offering support with your presence is enough.
