Denise calculated the missing side length of one of these triangles using the Pythagorean Theorem. Which triangle is it? Four triangles are shown. Triangle A has three equal sides, and two sides are marked 4 and 4. Triangle B has sides marked 3 and 5. Triangle C has sides marked 4 and 5. Triangle D has sides marked 2 and 4 and a right angle marked in between them.

yes, you cant apply the Pythagorean theorem to any other triangles exempt for the ones with right angles. as you can see below, in order to use the Pythagorean theorem you need to identify the legs to find the hypotenuse or missing side. only figure D has a right angle and you can tell my the small square at the bottom left
