A car is traveling 50 miles per hour. What is this rate of speed in feet per minute?

Hey there!

let's assume that "50" is being multiplied by a number , which we call 5,280

Whatever 50(5,280) equals we have to divide it by the number , which we call 60 because they are "60" seconds that equal to 60, right

So, let's solve this problem ... shall we?

50(5,280) = 264,000, right?

Now, 264,000 / 60 = 4,440,right?

So, from the looks of it, 4,400 would be the rate of speed in the feet per minute
