Explanation: Ethiopia had military reforms and territorial expansion, then Portuguese missionaries arrived who brought Baroque architecture and modern weapons to Ethiopia. A civil war broke out and all Catholics were expelled from Ethiopia, the country was divided but later reunified. The country had a very important technological and structural advance, defeated an Italian invasion, expanded south and east. Italy launched a second invasion, Ethiopia was a little more than 5 years under Italian occupation, but with the help of some British rebels they managed to expel the Italians. Years later Somalia invaded them but again with the help of British and Cubans they expelled them. Ethiopia experienced a great famine that ended the life of a million people. Currently Ethiopia is still very poor but its economy is growing very fast.
