Are factors related to climate, such as rainfall and temperature, biotic, or abiotic factors?

biotic means resulting from living things usually because of their ecological reactions, abiotic is more physical than biological it isn't from a living organism.

So the weather is abiotic

Abiotic factors are those that are non-living aspects of the habitat of living organisms that affect them and the ecosystems' dynamics. Without abiotic factors, biology could not be - they may impact organisms in their reproduction, growth, and maintenance.
Examples of abiotic factors may include water, tides, light, pressure, radiation, humidity, soil constitution, and others such as the ones mentioned on the question - rainfall and temperature.
