In general, the Roman Empire became far more progressive and inclusive after Constantine''s recognition of Christianity, since before this, Christians had been heavily persecuted. Once Constantine accepted Christianity, the Roman Empire became the center of new faith's growth was the Roman Empire different after Constantine's recognition on Christianity
