Color blind racism

Color blindess advances non-white races are second class people . When you instruct your youngster to be have the said character trait. you are basically letting them know, "Whenever somebody isn't white, imagine they appear as though you so you can be companions." Stripping individuals of a key part of their character by asserting not to see shading is dehumanising.
