A) Small: Because the cell has more contact with its surroundings.
B) Small: Because a cell with more volume has more space for its organelles.
C) Large: Because the cell has less contact with it surroundings.
D) Large: Because the cell has more contact with its surroundings and can better take in nutrients.

A and B don’t even make sense, (small doesn’t equal more contact or more space) C doesn’t either, (if it’s large it’s gonna have more contact space) so the best answer for me would be D. It’s the only one that seems logical.
