The answer is
8.75 feet
The ratio is 1:35. Therefore if the blueprint shows 3 inches, we need to multiply it by 35 to get the actual wall. Thus 35 * 3 inches = 105 inches. Now divide 105 inches by 12 inches per foot. It is now 105 ÷ 12 = 8.75 feet.
