In which ways do search warrants and arrest warrants treat probable cause?

If there is evidence of wrong doing then a search warrant must be obtained. Arrest warrants are issued if probable cause like witnessing a crime occur. The warrants may or may not be obtained through the courts based on the witness or police officers accounts of the suspect.
