0! = 1 and 1! = 1 so the denominator = 0

So the answer is 1 / (0! - 1! ) is indeterminate

The answer would be undefined since 0! is equal to 1 and 1! is also 1. When you subtract 1 and 1, you get 0 on the denominator, and 1/0 is undefined.
