the answer to this question is individuals internalize the biases and norms of the dominant group.
This tendency to internalize the bias is based on humans instict to be accepted within a group in order to increase our chance of survival.
Therefore if for example a child grew up within a society that condone violence for example, that child will tend to grow up to be a person with similar point of view.
