Primarily molds and other fungi are decomposes and so will breakdown objects for decomp. Pretty much any object that is organic and is a food is quite capable of being broken down by mold.. However mold and fungi like objects that have a lot of energy; Fats, Carbs, and lipids are prime objecits. Pretty much fatty foods, or high carbohydrate foods.
