I have a small bump on my forehead. It's hard and it moves. It is not painful, and I actually asked my doctor what it was and he responded saying "It might just be a ball of grease" but then again, he's a pedestrian, should I go to the E.R. ? I've had this small ball for about a year now.

this may be a sebaceous cyst. This type of bump develops when sebaceous glands are blocked. Sebum builds up and a bump develops. This bump can feel hard to touch. Sebum is naturally produced, so there usually is not inflammation.
