Complete obstruction of the bile flow to the liver would be manifested by high levels of liver enzymes (ALT,AST, GGT,and ALP) and conjugated bilirubin. Jaundice or yellow discoloration of the skin and eyes would also be observed. Pale- colored stools, weight loss and extreme pain in the upper right region of the abdomen are also manifested.
