The ration would be
20:50
Bc if there are 20 cats and 30 dogs: then u add 20+30=50 and that is the total amount of animals... and u r comparing cats to the total amount...

20:50 I think because there's 20 cats and 30 dogs so you'd add them I'd assume because they're all animals but I'm not certain
