How did the geography affect people's choices of where to settle in ancient Egypt and Kush?

In early Egypt, the geography committed where people existed and what they were able to do. The men, women, and children had to live next to Nile river which was the exclusive source of water.

In addition, Vegetation was important in it because it was good for developing houses.
