Mr. Thomas Jefferson is the author of independence of United States of America and the third U.S. President.He was a leading figure in America's early development.

He helped write the American Revolution with John Adams, Benjamin Franklin and lots.

One of the versions more popular is that Thomas Jefferson did not want to elevate taxes and did not want a large Navy.
