What type of exercise is recommended during pregnancy

Walking, light jogging, nothing too much, but just because you're pregnant doesn't mean you're completely limited. Stretching is highly recomended.

The safest and most productive activities that are recommended during pregnancy are brisk walking, swimming, and low impact aerobics (with an instructor.)
