Naomi has earned $54 mowing lawn the past two days .she’s worked 2 1/2 hours yesterday and 4 1/4 hours today .if Naomi is paid the same amount for every hour she works how much does she earn per hour to mow lawn?

so 2 1/2 + 4 1/4 is 6 3/4 so divide that by 54 to get 8.
