Imagine it's something along the lines of: What's in it for me?/How does this serve my interests?

The most common question that people ask before voting on any political issue is, how is this issue going to affect me?. This happens because most humans use rational thinking when making a decision, and deciding whether to vote for candidate a or candidate b, is commonly done by thinking how my vote will impact my lifestyle. Voters want to support a candidate that will most likely work towards policies that will implement their own personal interests.
