Hello!

The main job of the Inflammatory response is to heal a wound. It does this by providing antibodies to bind to the antigens. This coagulation of blood then turns into a scab. So based off of that, It looks like C is your best option as it does provide blood flow to the wound in order to remove disease and heal itself.
