Needs to be transported to the mitochondria or the cytosol.

There are four stages of cellular respiration: glycolysis, pyruvate oxidation, Krebs cycle and Oxidative phosphorylation. Glycolysis takes place in the cytosol of a cell, while the pyruvate oxidation and the following steps take place in the matrix of the mitochondria. If the enzyme is involved in cellular respiration, it need to be in one of these places.
