The supreme law of the land is made from a collection of all the federal laws that preceded the formation of the constitution, the actual constitution itself as it is the defining form of our nations laws and legal rights of the citizens and any treaties that were made from under the laws set forth to allot abilities and powers under the three branches of government: executive, legislative and judicial.
