the correct verb would be " Tu tocas el piano" because it is 2p singular (you) in the present tense. "you play the piano"
In the case of toco, we can say "yo toco el paino" (1p sing)
toca--> "el / ella toca el piano (3p sing)
tocan --> "ellos tocan el piano" (3p plural)
