Enzymes are normally proteins or modified proteins which are used to manage and control the rate of a reaction. When it comes to pancreatic enzymes, Amylase, Chymotrypsin, Lipase and Trypsin all are used to smooth the progress of the breakdown of foods we eat. Cytoplasm's are membrane bound organelles that include digestive and hydrolytic enzymes.
