phlegmatic This is one of the four personality temperaments. Of all the personality traits, the phlegmatic is the most dominant as people with the the other traits cannot control a person with phlegmatic traits because of their resolute sense of purpose. The Phlegmatic is amazingly moderate paced and resolved. They have an incredible limit with respect to work that requires exactness and precision and consumes an insignificant measure of vitality.
