It is true that the LVN or Licensed vocational nurses is responsible in patient observation, keep records, takes vital signs, assists patients with personal hygiene, dressing and feeding them which are considered to be an activities of daily living or (ADLs). All of the LVN are responsible to all the following that is discussed.
