He had the mindset that power should be on what side and government on the other as this was critical for the success of governance according to him, if this not not done, the government might become to powerful and lead to a system of monarchy .He was stressed about the fact that a national government would look to control excessively of the individual opportunities and parts of American life. He felt that people 's concerns could and should just be dealt with by the state.
