Chernobyl to first explain occurred in 1968, in Ukraine,  when a nuclear power plant was flawed by a Soviet Reactor, and it contaminated the atmosphere for surrounding countries such as Russia, and Belarus. Russia now knows to be persistent with their work and not make mistakes, especially when handling nuclear and atomic objects. It serves as a public health and environmental threat now.
