Can you explain how the water and carbon dioxide get into the plant in order to do photosynthesis? Also, can you describe the pathway for glucose to get into an animal for respiration?

Photosynthesis makes the glucose that is used in cellularrespiration to make ATP. The glucose is then turned back into carbon dioxide, which is used in photosynthesis.
